Yashwant Dagar is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Intelligent Edge System (IES), where he leads the company's research and development efforts. With over a decade of experience in architecting, developing, and building cutting-edge FPGA, Edge AI, and IoT solutions, he has contributed to industries such as Industrial AI, Smart Cities, Robotics, and Consumer Products.

At IES, Yashwant drives the development of one of the earliest GenAI-powered automated coders for embedded processors, with a key focus on hardware-optimized code and system-level software development for heterogeneous compute engines, including FPGAs, adaptive SoCs, ML accelerators, and IoT systems. He also oversees application software and system-level solutions across Edge AI, IoT, and Cloud-to-Edge domains.

Before founding IES, Yashwant held key R&D positions at Sima.ai and Xilinx. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, has five patents, and is based in Bangalore, India.
